How To Prepare:
- Measure the Porridge: Take 1 heaped tablespoon (around 10g) of porridge into a clean bowl.
- Add Warm Water: Pour 3 tablespoons (approximately 90ml) of warm, pre-boiled water into the bowl.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir well to ensure a smooth consistency, adjusting water to desired thickness.
- Cool & Check Temperature: Allow the porridge to cool slightly; always check the temperature before feeding.
- Serve Fresh: Serve immediately, and discard any leftovers to maintain freshness and safety.
